Vision of Civil Engineering Department:

To foster civil engineering education rooted in innovation and cutting-edge technology, developing socially aware and industry-ready leaders who drive sustainable development-especially in states like Bihar-and are inspired to serve society and pursue advanced studies, building a resilient, equitable, and inclusive future.

Mission of Civil Engineering Department:

M1-To nurture graduates who are technically adept, ethically grounded, socially aware, innovative, and systemic thinkers-able to work with emerging science and technology to meet societal needs and advance their chosen professions.

M2 –To inspire civil engineering graduates to engage in research and foster innovation in their field.

PEOs (PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES)

PEO 1: Graduates will possess the technical expertise and civil engineering skills to tackle design-related problems, while demonstrating professional abilities rooted in ethical and societal awareness

PEO 2: Graduates will be capable of performing in dynamic research & development or consulting roles in industry, employing modern engineering software tools
