Department Of Electronics And Communication(ECE)
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering started its journey after the establishment of the college in 2018. Initially, the department started with a B.Tech programme in “Electronics & Communication Engineering” with 60 intake capacity. In 2023, the B.Tech programme in “Electronics & Communication Engineering (Advance Communication Technology)” with 60 intake capacity, and M.Tech programme in “Advance Communication Technology: with 30 intake capacity also get offered by the department.
Our department offers a comprehensive undergraduate program in Electronics and Communication engineering, equipping students with the knowledge and skills to excel in this dynamic field. The department has highly motivated faculty members committed to take various steps for creating new knowledge. The department has different well-equipped laboratories and authentic software that are helpful in both research and education across a full spectrum.

On behalf of our students and faculty member, I welcome all of you to the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at GEC Vaishali.
Electronics & Communication is one of the most exciting branch that is the Combination of hardware and software leading to learning over wide spectrum which includes communication systems, VLSI design, Embedded systems, Digital signal processing, controls systems, Electromagnetic fields and waves, Antennas, Microwaves and Radars, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, IOT etc. This integrates to create better, safer technologies like car, aircrafts, mobiles, smart phones and surgical robots.
We have a group of committed and experienced faculty members who not only have extensive subject-matter knowledge but also work extremely hard and enthusiastically to give the students a lively and welcoming learning environment. Our well-stocked labs give students invaluable practical experience that enables them to apply abstract concepts to practical issues. The department, college, and university levels hold seminars and workshops that serve as a source of motivation for the students. They can become well-rounded engineers ready for lucrative careers with this pragmatic approach.
